All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During peak seasons, product launches, or limited releases, processing times may extend slightly. Any delays will be communicated clearly.


Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship within the United States.


Estimated delivery times begin after processing and vary by location and carrier:

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.



Incorrect Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses



  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received



If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Weather & Temperature Considerations


Our products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures.


While we package carefully, Emma & Rachel Luxe is not responsible for:




Melting, softening, or texture changes caused by heat during transit
